38mm Miniature Yellow and Green Straw Paper Hat Charms

These are great miniature paper hats. The yellow, white, and green paper has been twisted into long strips and then wound around a small base to form a straw hat shape. Each is accented with a small purple ribbon flower.

Each is made by hand so some variation may occur.

The back of these is unfinished so it is easy to attach to a project. If you would like the back to show, it is simple to attach another piece of paper or felt with a dab of glue.

These do not have a drill hole. It would be easy to add a jump ring to most pieces between the strips of paper
